As part of the TTR testing process, Blizzard state that Phase 2 of the Arena Season has now started although the tournament is not being tracked on the test realms.
Just so that everyone is aware. Phase 2 of the arena season has been started on the TTR, this means that there is a penalty for changing players on your team and games now count towards the tournament (although on this test realm the tournament is not being tracked at this time).
