Blizzard have changed their Talent Calculator on the official site. Here are the changes that have been noted so far:

Balance
- Moonkin Form mana cost is now 538 mana.
- Typhoon now uses 645 mana and the range has been increased to 24 Yards.
- Force of Nature uses costs 284 mana. The cooldown has been reduced to 2 minutes.
Feral
- Faerie Fire range is now 36 yards.
- Primal Tenacity: Increases your chance to resist Stun and Fear mechanics by 5/10/15%
Restoration
- Tree of Life mana use reduced from 28% base mana to 978 mana.

Survival
- Potent Venom: Increases the amount of damage done to targets afflicted by your Wyvern or Serpent Sting by 1% regardless of the rank.

Arcane
- New Talent: Student of the Mind: Increases your total spirit by 4/8/12%
- New Talent: Spell Impact: Increases the critical strike chance of Arcane Explosion, Arcane Blast, Blast Wave, Fire Blast, Ice Lance, and Cone of Cold by 2/4/6%. Replaces Arcane Impact.
- Arcane Potency now only requires 1 Point in Presence of Mind.
- New Talent: Arcane Flows: Reduces the cooldown of your Presence of Mind, Arcane Power, and Invisibility spells by 30 secs.
Frost

Holy
- The healing of Holy Shock has been greatly increased: Rank 1 = 481 - 519 healing, Rank 2 = 644 -696 Healing, Rank 3 = 845 - 915 Healing, Rank 4 = 1061 - 1149 Healing, Rank 5 = 1258 - 1362 Healing, Rank 6 = 2065 - 2235 Healing, Rank 7 = 2401 - 2599 healing.
Protection
- Holy Shield now has 6 charges.
- Avenger’s Shield mana cost has been greatly reduced, but so has the damage.
Retribution
- Improved Blessing of Might: Increases the attack power bonus of your Blessing of Might by 10/20/30/40/50%.
- Pursuit of Justice: Reduces the chance you’ll be hit by spells y 1/2% and increases movement and mounted movement speed by 8/15%. This does not stack with other movement speed increasing effects.
- Vindication: Gives the Paladin’s damaging attacks a chance to reduce the target’s attributes by 10% for 15 sec.

Subtlety

Elemental
- Concussion: Increases the damage done by your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning and Shock spells by 1%.
- Convection: Reduces the mana cost of Shock, Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Thunder and Lava Burst spells by 4/8/12%.
- Elemental Precision: Increases your chance to hit with Fire, Frost, and Nature spells by 2/4/6% and reduces the threat caused by these spells by 4/7/10%.
- Astral Shift: When stunned, feared or silenced you have a 33/66/100% chance to shift into the Astral Plane reducing all damage taken by 30%.
Enhancement
- Improved Shields now increases the amount of mana gained from your Mana Shield orbs by 10%.
- Shamanistic Rage now gives your successful melee attacks a chance to regenerate mana equal to 15% of your attack power.
Restoration

Affliction
- Death’s Embrace no longer affects Shadowburn.
Demonology
- Soul Link is no longer required for Unholy Power.
Destruction
- Aftermath: Gives your Destruction spells a 2/4% chance to daze the target for 5 sec.

Arms
- Improved Rend: Increases the bleed damage done by your Rend ability by 25%. Replaces Bloodletting talent.
Protection

- Will of the Necropolis: Increases your expertise by 3/6/9% when you have less than 35% health, yout total armor increases by 10%.
Frost
Unholy
- Corpse Explosion base damage has been increased to 216.
- Improved Corpse Explosion: Exploded corpses cause 25/50% additional damage and have a 50/100% chance to cast a disease on enemy targets, that deals 36% of the explosion damage over 15 sec.
