Blizzard Entertainment won various awards at the MI6 Conference & Awards held at the San Francisco Grand Hyatt last night. The marketing of Wrath of the Lich King was highly rewarded and admired by the awards team.  The Wrath of the Lich King expansion continues to sell and to top the NPD Sales Charts March 22-28 with a # 1 position, followed by the WoW: BattleChest on fourth place and World of Warcraft on the eighth place. Congratulations to all the developers !!!

Approximately 300 top industry marketing executives attended panel discussions and keynote addresses that spoke directly to attendees business needs. The conference was followed by a lively awards celebration to honor the video game industry’s best marketing achievements, capping another informative and insightful MI6 Conference. Host Rob Corddry (“The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” “What Happens in Vegas”) fed the crowd a steady diet of zingers as the best and brightest in the gaming industry took home Gold and Silver Muses.
