The first of the servers are coming back up, so within a short period most of them will be online again. If you’re able to log on, keep trying your server, it won’t be long now.

Update:
We are completing the last of the tasks required for the 2.4 patch maintenance; however we will be extending the maintenance time to allow adequate time to start each of the realms back up. We anticipate all realms to be live by approximately 12:30 AM PDT. Please watch this breaking news window for any further updates..

The servers that were up were brought back down. I’d imagine they are running into issues with the server settup which seems unintended.
Most the US servers are under the Development tab which would be the PTR’s while some other US realms are where they should be in their respective tab (United States and Oceanic).
