The EU account upgrade page is now working for Wrath of the Lich King, so if you’re one of the lucky few who have already got their hands on a copy of WotLK, you can go ahead and upgrade your account, ready for tomorrow.
It’s less than 24 hours now until Europe gets Lich King, the US page probably isn’t far behind.

Maybe Blizzard were testing the page? I’d guess the upgrade page won’t go properly live until midnight, but if so, which time zone’s midnight will they use? 
Yeah, been over on the official forums reading up on what’s happening etc! Blizzard EU are using CET, which means the upgrade account page should be available from 11:01 GMT for any UK players who have received their copies early!

I have tried running that link. It gives a 403 apache/ tomcat error.
