Another day, another image. This time, the next “rune” to appear is apparently a Protoss symbol from Starcraft.

I apologise if this has been mentioned before…
The circles around each symbol look to me like ripples, which suggests to me that the picture is looking up towards the surface of a frozen lake that is slowly melting and breaking clear of ice. As the ice breaks up (sending ripples across the surface of the water) we see more of a night sky.
I think I can clearly see light filtering through the water towards us.
