New EU community manager, Slorkuz, has commented on a number of issues players are having with patch 2.4, namely

• The Power Word: Shield sound
  
• The Whirlwind sound
  
• Human Female Eyes

As far as I’m told, no sounds were intentionally changed from 2.3.3 to 2.4.0.
