There’s now free European migration to the Russian realms.

You can transfer as many characters as you like to the realms used in alpha/beta Russian language testing. The launch realms will be restricted to new characters.

Migration is one way and open till 9/9/08, if you retain your European account you can move your characters back using the paid character transfer service.
