Moonkin And Tree Forms Will Be Updated

Posted 29th May 2009 11:01 AM by Maticus

US Community Manager Zarhym has been talking on the WoW forums about the new Druid skins. As always with big upgrades like this, players still have grumbles. One of them is that the Moonkin and Tree forms for Druids could do with an upgrade along with the new Cat and Bear ones; these haven't been mentioned by Blizzard yet.

Up until this point, we only knew that the Bear and Cat forms have been revamped, but Zarhym confirmed that all the other Druid forms will be re-skinned in later content patches after 3.2:

WTB blue answer as to whether or not Moonkin/Tree will be looked at.

Definitely. They just won't be done for the next major content patch. We plan to revamp all of the forms, and may continue to iterate upon the new forms coming out with additional color schemes, adding armor or additional customization, etc.

This makes me very happy.  Blizzard does such an excellent job in maintaining their creations and that is why I enjoy their products so much smile
