I’ve recently reviewed the item sets for the Druid and Hunter to ensure they’re bang up to date. After spending some time on them, the content pages for each of those classes have now been updated with lists, links and images. See the new Druid and the Hunter item set wiki pages.
The individual pages for each of those sets on WoWDigger also now contain images for every single set as well as commentary with any noteworthy information, which of course you can add to if I’ve missed anything. See the WoWDigger Druid and Hunter item sets.
