A couple of matching new fist weapons have been added to the game. The items, “Claw of Molten Fury” and “Fist of Molten Fury”, drop from trash mobs at the Hyjal Summit.
The graphics match the Shaman Tier 5 Cataclysm Harness, as seen in the image below.
