There are more then enough people who actually try to stay awake longer using the traditional coffee to all kinds of exotic means just to be able to game a bit longer. Its not entirely out of the question that this actually works commercially, although I would not take anyhing that comes out of a package like that tbh.

In my personal opinion one should not use crap like this at all to stay awake for a game. If you are sleepy go to bed!
