Blizzard have released WoW, Starcraft and Diablo mobile phone Ringtones and Wallpapers, available to purchase directly from Blizzard!
You can check out the wallpapers and listen to the ringtones over at the Blizzard site. Here was the announcement earlier:

Over 50 pieces of content are currently available, including ringtones of World of Warcraft’s capital city themes and the distinctive murloc gurgle, as well as wallpapers featuring character artwork, class and faction emblems, and more. I was also surprised that Blizzard charges for it. They have more than enough money to make this a free service, at least for subscribes. Blizzard is getting gready, this doens’t help their image.
I have a feeling Activision has a part in this.
The question then becomes, is Blizzard being greedy or are they simply following the orders of their new Overlords?
It’s not as if this has anything directly to do with creating games, so the usual freedom that they manage to convince their Overlords to give them doesn’t apply.
