The latest version of the WoW beta upgraded the graphics for Sylvanas Windrunner, the leader of the Scourge, from the old Night Elf model to the correct High Elf model, as seen below:
The guys over at gamona have recorded the whole quest line of “The Lady’s Necklace” on the beta, which ends with the new Sylvanas singing the “Lament of the Highborne” in Undercity. Check out the 8 minute movie below, or download the .wmv file here.

Yeah, I saw her new model on a different website a couple days ago and eh… Not super excited about it. I mean, red eyes definately doesn’t help for me, but the gear is definately really good… Also… Her hair’s gray O.o
I realize she’s dead but, c’mon… She didn’t have THAT gray hair in WC3.
