It seems the hotfix applied during maintenance didn’t cause major issues.  My achievements are ok across the board.  And all the quests on each village are now reset and I can optionally do them all over again merely to get extra Burning Blossoms which is perfect to go after the vanity pet from the Midsummer merchant.  It costs 350 Burning Blossoms, of which I already had half of it after purchasing all the Midsummer clothing set.  And each quest gives you around 6 gold.  I suggest doing all the desecrations again for the extra 10 Burning Blossoms too.  I repeat, even if you completed all the Midsummer achievements, you can do all the bonfire honoring and desecrations quests again.
