The 2.4.3 to 3.0.2 patch is queuing up on Blizzard’s Background Downloader. This is the patch which is on PTR and includes the Talent Changes that prep for WotLK.

It’s been there for a couple of weeks now. Hopefully it’s not going to change too drastically as it took quite some time to come down when I downloaded it.
