PTR 3.2 : Call of the Crusade is upon us, and the introduction of the Crusader Coliseum dungeons add that sense of conclusion to all the quests we have performed to become Crusader Champions and the jousting. But why are we doing all of this? As the Argent Crusade NPCs said at the beginning, we are preparing to fight the Lich King in the Icecrown Citadel. There is much implied here. Remember how we all got trained in Wintergrasp and quests to learn to use Siege Vehicles? The first boss in Ulduar required the use of Siege Weapons in order to access the inner halls of Ulduar.
What I am guessing will happen in Icecrown Citadel is a jousting fight against Death Knight bosses as the first line of defense between us and the Lich King. Whether there will be more bosses requiring jousting that remains to be seen, such as the fight against Sindragosa the frost wyvern. I could see normal class spells/abilities used, while other players use their jousting to throw lances at an airborne Sindragosa. Not sure how the whole armor boost charges mechanic would work though.

If jousting finds its way into Icecrown Citadel then I will find that developer and hurt them very badly.
