There are plenty of threads on the official forums, talking about many topics, but European CM Wryxian took time out just now to comment in a thread about the mystery of the Greymane Wall.
Someone started the thread by asking what was behind the wall, something many of us have been wondering for a long time. The usual discussion started regarding Gilneas and where Blizzard might go with it. Then Wryxian dropped in:
This really should get people's interest - remember Metzen's reply when our Medievaldragon asked him about Gilneas at a book signing in February?
"Ah, ah, I would say we have some very, very, Very interesting plans for Gilneas. (Metzen docks slightly looking toward the ceiling) But there are snipers up in the roof that would shoot me if you know ... (everyone laughs). We are doing some awesome stuff for Gilneas."
I don't think I need to remind anyone that BlizzCon is approaching fast (win tickets here!), and due to the lack of major WoW news at the last event, it's about time we hand some WoW goodness announced isn't it? Next expansion details would be awesome, and it looks like that gate in the Greymane Wall might just be opening...!
