Levelling Up and Training
You should hit level 56 around this point if you haven't done so already. When you do, make sure to use your new talent points, and return to Archerus to train up in the 3 Death Knight schools: Blood, Frost and Unholy (you can use your Hearthstone to return if it's not on cooldown; take one of the teleporters from the top level, then run into the central teleporter on the second level, this will take you to the level with the trainers). You should be able to train the following skills:

Blood

Frost

Unholy
When you're finished here, return to the ground and set out on Keleseth's quest.
Obtaining a Confession
Keleseth will have given you an Ornately Jeweled Chest. Open the chest and equip the "Persuaders". For this part, you basically have to kill scarlet crusaders until one of them 'confesses' their knowledge of the Crimson Dawn. I had to kill around 30 crusaders before one coughed up the first time I did this, but only around 5 the next, so be prepared! However, both times I found a 'confessor' just south of Scarlet Hold, before the opening that leads into the Scarlet overlook. Make sure you have the persuaders equipped though, or they won't talk.
When fighting the Crusaders with these weapons, they sometimes come out with funny things like:
"ARGH! You burned my last good tabard!"
"I used to work for the Grand Inquisitor Isillien! Your idea of pain is a normal mid-afternoon for me!"
"You... You'll get nothing... And I like it..."
"Look out! There's a bee loose and it's on a stinging rampage!"
As soon as you have your info, go back to Keleseth in the crypt. Hand in and collect a blue ring and more talent points. Accept "Behind Scarlet Lines" and go to the Scarlet Tavern, located at the southern end of New Avalon, next to the orchard.
Enter the tavern and find Orbaz Bloodbane upstairs, along with Thassarian and a pile of dead Scarlet crusaders and citizens. Hand in the quest, and two more become available, "The Path of the Righteous Crusader" from Orbaz, and "Brothers in Death" from Thassarian. Accept both, then head North East to the Scarlet Hold.
Kolitira Deathweave and High Inquisitor Valroth
Go inside the Scarlet Hold and find Koltira Deathweaver in the cellar. For the quest "Brothers in Death", you must get the head of High Inquisitor Valroth. Koltira has been tortured, but speak to him when you enter the cellar and he puts on his armor, then creates a magic barrier around himself.
The alarms are sounded and after a few waves of regular mobs, High Inquisitor Valroth soon appears. He is not Elite, but he hits hard with magic, so stay inside Koltira's bubble when he casts. When Valroth has been killed, everyone present can claim his head from the remains left on the ground. Koltira gets up and escapes.
Note: If you don't manage to kill the High Inquisitor within a few minutes, Koltira dies and the event restarts shortly.
When that quest is completed, go upstairs to the main room of the hold and collect the patrol schedule on the top table. Then go back to the tavern and hand in the quests. You receive blue gauntlets, a blue chest and more talent points.
Thassarian then gives you the quest "A Cry For Vengeance", which requires you to go over to the Chapel of the Crimson Flame, west of the Tavern, and speak with Commander Plaguefist.
Execution
Plaguefist reveals they found a group of Argent Dawn prisoners in the prison house when they took over the area. You are ordered to go and execute one of them - a member of your own race. In this particularly unnerving quest, you enter the prison house to find a number of weeping Argent Dawn members. When you approach the one you have been sent to kill, they recognise you and try to make you remember who you were.
They then go on to attempt to break you from you from the hold of the Lich King, but soon give up when they realise there's no hope. Eventually, then tell you to kill them, and you are able attack them at this point. If you hesitate too long, they die of their own injuries, and you have to abandon the quest and start again. There is no way to avoid this, as the quests are linear, so you must give in to the will of the Lich K - uh, Blizzard.
Hand this quest in with Commander Plaguefist, who commends you on being such a cold-blooded monster, and then head back to the Tavern and speak to Thassarian again. This quest line will earn you more talent points and another blue trinket. Orbaz Bloodbane has now had time to look at the Patrol Schedule you acquired for him and has come up with a plan. Accept the quest "Ambush At The Overlook" and head East to the overlook.
Don't get too close to the Elite Scarlet Champions in the pass, set up your "Makeshift Cover" just out of reach of them. A crudely painted tree appears in front of you, and this spawns the courier.
He comes over to investigate the tree, so attack him as soon as he's in range and take his belongings back to Orbaz in the Tavern. On hand-in you receive another talent point.

Blood
- Pestilence: Spreads an existing disease from the targeted enemy to 2 additional targets, causing each to take 35 to 41 Shadow damage for each target afflicted by Plague Strike. Damage increased by attack power.
Frost
- Chains of Ice: Chains the target in place for 3 sec, during which time the target is considered frozen. The target regains 10% of their movement speed each second after breaking free of the chains.
Unholy
- Raise Dead: Raises a Ghoul to fight by your side. If no humanoid corpse is available, Corpse Dust must be supplied to complete the spell. If the corpses of friendly players are raised, they will have control over the Ghoul.
- NOTE: Don't forget to use this spell often, it's free DPS.
