While going through the MPQ’s looking for anything new after todays PTR patch (such as seeing Blizzard added the orc and tauren inn music finally) I stumbled across the Tuskarr model which something tells me Blizzard did not mean to add into the PTR patch :p The model itself has completely unique animations and isn’t a rehash of any other model. You can also read more about the Tuskarr here in the wiki.
I know it’s still way early, but something has been bothering me with the WotLK expansion information so far announced. The Horde have picked up two new (non-playable) races as allies: the Tuskarr and the Taunka. The Alliance have none.
The Alliance will most likely get the Knights of the Silver Hand, but that’s not really a new race, but just a faction of Humans and Dwarves. The Iron Dwarves will apparently be neutral to both factions (as per Salthem on a post on September 18 2007, as they will assist players in the Ulduar instance somehow). And as the Kirin Tor will be opening up Dalaran to both the Alliance and Horde as a neutral city much like Shattrath, you can rule them right out.

Actually only the Taunka are horde only friendly. Kaskala is labeled as a neutral town on the blizzcon map. Blizzard just worded it badly back at Blizzcon.
