A couple of guys thought they’d conduct an experiment to see how hard it was to run as long and hard as our characters in WoW have to. They hooked up a couple of treadmills to some wheels, then attached those to a machine which converts the wheel movements into forward pulses on the keyboard.
The guys, dressed up as female Night Elves complete with weapons, had to run from the Night Elf starting area Shadowglen to Darnassus, and they were pretty exhausted by the time they got there. Check it out for yourself below. Oh, and the video was sponsored by manapotions.com
