Video Games Live recently performed their concert show at Austin, Texas to play various game themes including Blizzard Entertainment’s Warcraft III and World of Warcraft music soundtracks. Surprisingly, the VGL folks conducted a live interview with Jason Hayes at the concert over Skype. Find out what Jason Hayes said about his music composing experience in both Blizzard games. It is exciting to see Jason again after a long hiatus.

I saw Video Games Live in Paris in 2008, and it was absolutely amazing. It’s very lively and there’s a lot of interaction with the public (people going on stage, for example), the music is very well executed, and the playlist is decided through a vote on their website before the concert. If you like music and video games, you should definitely check it out.
