Vin Diesel Talks About WoW On Jonathan Ross

I'd just settled down to watch my favourite late night chat show here in the UK, Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, with Vin Diesel booked as the last guest. I'd read in the press recently that Diesel was partial to a bit of gaming, so after revealing that the script for the third Riddick movie was complete, I wasn't surprised when talk turned to MMOs. When WoW was mentioned though, my ears pricked up.

Apparently he plays it, and so does the host, Mr Ross. However, Ross admitted that he only had a level seven Dwarf but his wife has a level 80 - which suitably impressed Diesel. So there you have it, tough guy Mr Diesel enjoys WoW like the rest of us - another celebrity that endorses the game. Will we be seeing him in the next WoW advert perhaps?

Vin Diesel is an “Old Skool” D&D player.

There are a lot of interviews where he’s talked about it.

He has he’s own company aswell, currently designing a game I can’t recall the name off right now. And indeed, he’s “oldschool” indeed.

It is Tigon Studios ( http://www.tigonstudios.com )

Note that Jonathan Ross pretends his wife has a Spectral Tiger, which is quite good for a WoW player !

Correction, it is the fourth Riddick movie, there already is a triliogy—pitch black, a animated short, and The Chronicals of Riddick (sorry, the films are a guilty pleasure of mine).

And I’d bet $100 he plays an Orc.
