@mazrack twinking for pvp is stupid and ruins the lower level brackets…

YES! Finally Blizzard listens to the majority on twinking. It’s also a way of them being like "Hey, we’re kinda like Warhammer, we have exp from killing other players too!" but whatever gets the twinks out of the game, it works for me.

Twinks are only used by about 25% of the population, at maximum 35%. Sure, some people who don’t twink think twinking should be allowed, but some people who do twink also think they shouldn’t be able to because it’s so OP.

Really, twinking is almost exploiting. The whole point is to take advantage of the everyday player that isn’t dropping tons of gold before they even hit 20. If they want to legitimize twinking, they should get blizz to add level 19 etc premades to the tournament server. But they wouldn’t, because the only way that they can have fun like that is to kick joe schmoe’s butt that is just ‘playing through’.

Okay, this is why I pointed out the confusing grammar.  What I’m interpreting this as "Via quest turnin".  All twinks have to do is not turn in the quest to prevent the XP gain.  It’s not very specific in this news post and the grammar leads to confusion.
