request : multiple character equipment lists

I play a main and several alts. What I'd love to have available is a mod that keeps track of what equipment I have equipped on each character, and have that information available.

That way, I'm not constantly sending things that are inferior to my alts, nor am I having to maintain elaborate notes for my equipment.

Does anyone know if there's anything like this available, or is some coder looking for a challenge?

I'm not sure if the Jotter addon (a mini notepad-like editor) works, and whether that Jotter is shared by all your characters. You can try using that to store temporary notes you dont' want to forget.

At worst, you can "use MapNotes" (another UI, standalone, or comes with Cosmos) that are shared across your chars and you can find some corner to store those notes about your weapons.

While that would work, it is no more convenient than just keeping paper notes. What would be nice is something more automated. Something that auto records whatever you have equipped when you log out/quit, and is accessable for all your characters regardless of who you are logged in as.

Your point is very true. Perhaps someone will make such a mod sometime in the future, it's possible to store such data and be accessible across characters.

I'm also looking for exactly whats described above

In the meantime i use Thottbot profiles...they seem to work ok - would be nice to have this in game like MyBank does.
