Addon Request

Anyone who can make a addon with 12 more action bars, there is moveable and would work with cosmos, since cosmos aint able to make more action bars there is moveable than those who allready are sticked everywhere on the screen...

Just need a Action bar, like a pop up bar that i can move around and put ability and spells into. and works with cosmos...
