Herbalism & Mining Problems

Hello Everyone :happy34:

I love this game and i have never had any major problems, But i have 1 minor problem and i would like to know if anyone else gets this:

Whilst finding herbs or finding a vein of tin or copper etc, I have stumbled upon a problem when trying to pick up the herb or minral my character will stay knelt down with no loot box appearing and i am not able to get back up. It is quite funny as i can move around whilst being knelt down but after a while it gets a bit annoying, This problem does not happen always it only in certain areas, To rectify this promblem i need to log out. I know its not a major problem but is there a simple way to stop this from happening?

The best way to save yourself from this problem is learning where the specific herbs/veins are and avoid them. That is the only thing I know of, if anyone else have a better solution please post :)

This bug has been in the game forever. I don't know what causes it -- perhaps it occurs when someone starts mining, and then leaves the rough stone inside because a full pack.

Anyway, the easiest way to snap out of it, is mining another, unbugged ore vein. Failing that, it's relogging...

I've been able to get out of it by simply moving far enough away from the bugged note. Then I get a you can't loot that error and am back to normal.

Im glad its not just me, it tends to be minrals or herbs on hills that seem to be the problem ill try to email blizzard about this problem ill post a response if they reply that is :chinny:

I have reported the problem already (and by judging the response I was not the only one). They are aware of the problem and working on it (atleast that's what they claim :drink: )

I'm having the same problem. Very frustrating.

Its only at certain ore/herb veins.

As mentioned above dodge the 'dodgy' veins and farm other ones.

Gatherer is a great UI mod which marks all herbs on your map for easy reference, then perhaps use mapnotes to mark dodgy nodes.

Kinda funny to fight while stuck in the bent down position :)

easiest way as mentioned is to just run to the next node and farm that, that will snap you out of the bent over frame.
