Energy Mod

I've watched a few movies and noticed a mod that I would like to get for myself. It is an energy mod that shows an energy tick bar, anyone know?

Also, I wanted to ask about another one. It shows a bar in the middle of your screen displaying the duration of your (ex.) cheapshot, gouge, etc... anyone know?

Stunwatch is the mod you're talking about.
The energy tickbar I have never seen. I must say I don't know what you mean with that.
