REQUEST: Audible Page

It would be great if someone would create a mod that allowed folks to "page" another person and execute an audible sound. This is what I am looking for:

User is able to page another user in game activating an audible sound that the person being paged can hear(if within hearing distance of thier PC, of course). The idea behind this is to have a way to alert another person with an audible instead of just a visual for times when that person is AFK, watching TV while playing, too busy searching the AH to notice your /tell, or for those late nights when your buddy has fallen asleep at the keyboard...

For this to work, each person would have to have the mod installed. would love the following features included:

Visual display and /commands for turning options on and off, hiding or showing the display...etc...

Option in game to turn feature on or off (maybe temporary Mute option as well).
Option to hide the config window and move the window (lock and unlock).
Option to have config button on minimap for easy access (able to turn on or off)
Option to have mini display of the buttons used for sending audible pages visable or hidden.
Option to move the mini display used for sending audible pages.
Option to have mini display as a button on the minimap (instead of or as well as the config window).

Button to send general individual audible page - used for getting ones attention.
Button to send general party audible page - used for getting the groups attention.
Button to send general raid audible page - used for getting the raids attention.
Button to send "INC" party audible page
Button to send "ADDS" party audible page
Button to send "CHARGE" party audible page
Button to send "INC" raid audible page
Button to send "ADDS" raid audible page
Button to send "CHARGE" raid audible page
Button to send "WAKEUP" individual audible page - used to wake my bud who falls asleep at the keyboard...

Option to turn on or off different types of Audible Pages. Turning off a particular type of audible page should also turn off recieving that type of page as well so if someone sends a party alert and someone has the party alerts buttons(or audible page) turned off, they wont hear it.

Option to send Visual page (text) along with the audible page (like the page you get with the mod "social modifications" from the Cosmos UI - big red letters with !!!! after the inputted text that hits the center of your screen).
Option to have a unique visual text page sent along with each audible page allowing for custom text on each audible page.
Option to change the color of each visual text page for even further customization and seperation.

Include a seperate sound file for each button so people who dont want to mess with choosing thier own audible files to use, can install the mod and use it right away.

Option to change file(windows media player & Winamp supported as well as standard windows sound waves,or WoW sounds) for each incoming audible page to play for customizing. Want to be able to have a different sound for each incoming audible page.
