Chance to Crit?

Does where you stand in relation to emeny, affect your chance to get a critical hit? If I'm standing behind my opponent, does my chance to crit increase?

No, your critical hit chance will be extactly the same.

However I have noticed that I miss more, get parried more and have had the opponent dodge more of my attacks when I move around a lot, but maybe that is just me.
