General
Well after receiving a lot of Error Reporting Mails from users which seem to have the AccountName registry key missing, I decided I should work around that problem. So I started developing and 1.8.0.6. is the result of that :P
Client Changes
Finally the client no longer needs the Account Name Registry Key ( created by the WoW Client ) to determine where it should look to find the Data File to upload. The client will now automatically look in your WTF/Account/ folder to see if there are any Accounts in there which have a Data File generated by the WWNExport AddOn.
As a result of no longer needing the Registry Key, I expanded the client so it will now support multiple Accounts. First the Client will check if it can find at leas one Account ( in the WTF/Account folder within the WoW Install Dir ) which has a WoWNetExport Data file in it's /SavedVariables folder. If the client found only one of those, you will see no difference at all. If the client found more than one account with data it will display a Dialog Box with a list of all the Accounts found. The user can then check for which account (s) he wants to upload data.
As a result of supporting Multiple Accounts, the user will now also receive a dialog screen in which he can decide which characters he wants to upload and which he doesn't want to upload.
Some more Parser Errors
Removed Access Violations which occured after Uploading data and when the Application was terminated.
Fixed a Bug where the Client would sometimes generate an Access Violation when you tried to exit the Application.
Server
Fixed a bug where in some cases ( for Warriors especially ) the Weapon Skills were not completely shown.
1.8.0.8. Notes
Actually 1.8.0.8 just fixes some Parser Errors that were reported with 1.8.0.7.
Regards,
Annunaki
P.S. : It is possible that quite a few users might now miraculously be able to upload where they havn't been able to do so in the past. Loads of parser errors were generated because of the missing AccountName registry key.
