AV Rewards

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the following is true:-

There is a Gun or Bow reward for fighting and winning one battle in alterac Valley.

I read that in the official wow europe forums but no one can tell me if its true or not.

I thought that any rewards would be directly linked to the reputation you have with that faction.

Any information you can give me would be appreciated as would a link to the info i need.

Yes, there is a crossbow reward for winning a game of AV. The crossbow is actually one of the rewards to choose from. The other rewards are the Ice Barbed Spear, which you may have heard of, and a 1-hand Mace I believe.

The cross bow is very good, you get it for winning 1 AV battle. It has 8 stam 7 agi, and very nice dps(dont recall it off the top of my head.)

You can also win a wand, 60dps +18 frotst damage. Along with the polearm and the 1 hand mace.
