Request for assistance/help with OnReceiveDrag

I've tried the official forums, and have received moderate help.

I need something a bit larger. = )

If any one knows of any arguments that OnReceiveDrag uses, accesses, or can pass when bound as an event to an XML object, please let me know as it will help me greatly. = )
