Cant Uninstall

I have tried to uninstall this program the normal way, all appeared to go well but when I booted up my pc it was back. So I tried to uninstall it again and it said it was already uninstalled. But when I look in my program files folder its still there. And I cant delete the folder. Is this an accident or is the program made so it cant be uninstalled?

Hi,

I think this is because the Client was still running when you tried to uninstall / Delete. Windows can't delete files that are in use.
