I've noticed that every time I level, my chance to crit seems to go down (no gear/talent changes). I can have a 13.5%, then ding and now its 12.9 or something dumb. Anyone know why this is?

Uhh, that makes no sense... If anything, it should be increasing. The only thing I can think of would be that you're making gear changes that affect your Agility score (which directly affects your crit rate). But, on any given level up, a Rogue will gain 1-2 points in Agility inherently, which would increase your crit chance (not by much, but it's still true).
Maybe your Gnome is just getting old?

Ur skills in daggers is what is effecting it. When you jump a level you are no long 100% skilled in daggers. Your dagger skills effect chance to hit and chance to crit if I am not mistaken. So level up your daggers and u should get to where you were or actually a bit higher.

Crit from agaility works like this:
Half your level in agility = 1% crit.
The formula is more complex than that but it works out to be almost exactly that.
So at level 60, 30 agility is 1% crit.
At level 20, 10 agility is 1% crit.
So if you are level 20 and don't change your gear from level to level your crit rate will go down.
Please do not make a big deal out of this. Don't feel like you need to gain a few agility every level. I like crushing mobs as hard as I can, but you don't need to replace all of your gear every level to do so.

yup, crit is about 1/2 and dodge is about 1/4 of your level worth of agility.
Skill in weapons has no direct affect on crit rate, (but indirectly of course since it affects hit rate, it would stand to reason that it would have an affect on crit as well since hitting more == critting more)

Actually weapon skill does have an effect on crit rate, although a small one. Each point of weapon skill you have below the opponent's defense skill is -0.04% crit, so each 5 points (or 1 level of character/NPC) is 0.2%.
