Cartography Update - Kalimdor Continent Maps

<p>It's been a wee while since we got stuck into the <a href="http://www.worldofwar.net/cartography">cartography section</a> and today we have completely redone the Kalimdor continent map which now comes in 4 flavours, the complete map, Alliance flight Nodes only, Horde flight nodes only and locations only. Just at a glance, isn't there a flightpath between talonbranch glade (felwood) and Everlook? And Theramore to Gadgetzan?

'Locations Only' seems to show only Horde and neutral cities/flight nodes.

The links to the Durotar, Felwood and Teldrassil herb maps are broken...they have an extra 'cartography' in them.

- The Dire Maul instance is still missing from the map.
- I prefer a blue color instead of a purple one for the alliance flight paths. It's more in line with the 'official' WoW colors.
- Moonglade has 3 flight paths. 1 neutral, 1 aliance and 1 horde path.
- There is a boat missing from Rut Theran Village to Auberdine.
- There is a boat missing from The Forgotten Coast to Feathermoon Stronghold.
- On the map without flightpaths kalimdorcontnone.php is still a flithpath drawn between Gadgetzan and Cenarion Hold.
- The allianec flightpath between gadgetzan and Theramore Isle is missing.
