Anyone know of any addons the might help with the speed up of turning the repeatable quests in?

Yes plz let me know, I have 105 forsaken heart to turn in and don't want to have to listen to that guy cry 105 times.

Turn In mod will work for BG and non-BG quests.

BGAssist has an option that will let you auto-turnin BG quest items. I use both and recommend BGAssist for BG and Turn In for non-BG quests.
