We mentioned that some users were having connectivity issue to the network which has finally been nailed down today and*thanks to everyone who sent tracerts. The problem is in London at EasyNet and is affecting users coming in from North America. We thought originally it was an issue on our network but thankfully it's external. After some discussions on the phone today we thing EasyNet will pull their finger out and sort it in the morning.
