A story on Kotaku reports that Blizzard/VUG are having issues with Chinese WoW operator The9 over the Burning Crusade. According to the story Blizzard are saying that The Burning Crusade was not part of the original deal and The9 would have to pay an additional license fee or give Blizzard/VUG shares in the company for them to also look after the expansion pack.
