A question of cooldowns...

This question goes out to the general public, but the experienced engineer will likely answer this most effectively. When an item has a shared cooldown, such as a Mithril Frag Bomb (1 Min cooldown) and a Goblin Mortar Trinket (10 min cooldown), how exactly do they mesh? If I were to use the mortar first, does this enact the 1 minute CD for the frag bomb, or will it be 10 minutes before I could use the frag bomb?

anyways its seperate, so if u use the bomb, its on 1 min cd, mortar on 10min, seperate, like all the other seperate things... like shoestrings in a big junkjard in the spring
