The Raid of Stormwind (open bios)

((This is one of those stories that after each post I let you post a description of a character and I put him/her in the story.))
"The Raid of Stormwind"

The boar fell, frozen solid by a sudden frostbolt. "Yes!" a high-pitched, squeaky voice said. A gnome emerged from the trees. "Hmmm, what have you got for me?" he asked the corpse as he began to loot it. "Ooh, fresh meat!" he said as he gutted the boar. "Yummy!" Suddenly, he heard the clomping of a wolf-mount. The gnome couldn't see the wolf, but he'd heard that sound enough times to know that if was a wolf, and he know enough about the Horde to know that Orcs rode wolves and that meant trouble. The feet were coming fast. Almost instantly he ducked behind the ridge he was on top of. He wasn't a moment too soon; the wolf and its rider, an orc hunter, came across the bend and charged right through where the gnome was standing just a few seconds before. As he rode away, the gnome peeked out from his refuge. The orc was going east, right twoards Goldshire.

Alright, I have a character for you. Mine.

Name: Tor Varr

Race: Troll

Description: Hunter, with a crocolisk as a pet

Favorite weapon: Throwing axes

Job training: Fishermen

Personality: He considers himself to be an honourable individual. He dislikes money (feels the love of money only leads to trouble), has no taste whatsoever for the alliance races, and loathes the undead and warlocks. Like most trolls, he feels that these two will bring nothing but death and suffering to them. His most noticeable characteristics are his suspicion of everyone, and his rather short temper.

At the moment Exilius is staying at Stormwind , Trading his goods and staying at the tavern. He has gathered Intel on a Would be attack on Stormwind , But he cant get to talk with the local Authoraties

a Good fighter he Dual Wields a pair of Poison Dagger , Tends to get into much Conversations then are good for him

Exilius sat in the Gilded Rose inn, reading the Stormwind paper, looking for signs of a raid. He was always suspicious about these, he'd intercepted many a stealthed conversation. "Aha!" he exclaimed. "Listen to this: 'Local authorities have reported Horde raid parties in levels in more than usual numbers in Duskwood, a contested area directly south of Elynnn Forest. They say that there is nothing to worry about for the citezens of Stormwind, but this reporter found that the premature King of Stormwind ordered a new battalion of guards to be stationed at several points in the forest.' I knew it!" he exclaimed with pride that wasn't uncommon with him. "They must be scouting out the area to plan an attack! Even the king's worried, and he's a kid!" "Oh, come on," the inkepper said. "That doesn't mean jack squat."
Meanwhile, far away in Orgrimmar, Torr Var stood impatiently tapping his foot. A beggar came up to him. "Spare change?" "Take it all!" Torr said as he handed him almost all of his money, which really wasn't much. "Bless you sir!" he said as he wandered off to the nearest tavern, probably to spend it all on booze. He didn't care. He coudn't stand money, even the feel of it. Suddenly, he saw what he was waiting for. An orc wandered casually past and slipped a note into his pocket. He took it out and muttered it to himself: "Orc Hunter made it. In Elwynn. Relatively undetected. Waiting for backup." The troll smiled. His plan was coming together.

Race : Dwarf
Class : Hunter

Lansit can usually be found looking for flowers which he sells on to the Auction Houses in Ironforge and Stormwind, currently he spends alot of his time around Loch Modan and Thelsamar, he hates the horde and can occasionally found dual weilding his axes in Warsong Gulch.:afro:

Some more info on Exilius

Exilius had a troubled youth , His father went off to fight the Burning legion. He fought valiantly but was killed on his way home , Exilius Saw it happen

This changed his life , he started fighting with daggers. Also scouting the forest for potential threats ( which Scourged his attention to looking for information ) on a Later age , Exilius was a Formidable fighter, one of the best of his Hometown.

Years later his heart is again struck by grief , His mother died at the hands of a Orc at the raid the horde performed at Exilius hometown .. After that he went to Stormwind.

When he arrived at Stormwind he set up a Store with Goods he salvaged from his Hometown , In the evening he would train in the forests.

His pride came from winning a Duel Championship in Iron Forge :afro:

While she grew up between the Highpriests of Elune, there has allways been a rebellious elf inside her mind. In a night she dissapeared from Darnassus, finally caving in to her curiousity, she wanted to find out what more there is in the world. She made her way to stormwind where shes currently trying to tell her stories on the streets

Here we go with chapter 3, where we return to Gnomen.

Gnomen sat behind the ridge, his mind racing. "What should I do? Should I tell someone? He's obviously more powerful than I am...," he thought. He considered going to Stormwind and yelling that they were in danger, but his reputation surely didn't need that. Then it hit him. "Exillus!" he said out loud, and ran to Stormwind.

I kind of did as you can see by the length of chapter 3. Although, that's mostly because I only have 1 horde bio.

Name : Nar Tak

Race : A Walking corpse

Profession : Warlock

Nar Tak was once a Human , Until he drowned in a river. Some time later his lifeless Corpse was found by a New Warlock , The warlock tried out a Powerfull Spell which in the End was ''Too'' Powerfull , The Warlock Died. His life energy being transported in Nar Tak. Nar Tak Saw he was Mostly bones so he used the flesh of his ''Host''.( Doesn't mean he Is pretty though :P )

Nar Tak became a Warlock , He trained and he would sometimes ambush villagers and corrupt them.

Now Nar Tak is a very Powerfull Warlock , he Summoned a Dark portal to transport the Horde after the scouts are finished.

I'm glad to see that story is getting a bit of momentum. A few things I must say:

1. There is nothing wrong with being a member of the Horde, and I'll feed anyone who says otherwise to my pet crocolisk.

2. It's my scheme! (Evil laugh follows)

3. You misspelled my name. The first part, Tor, has only one r while varr has two.

4. Good luck spelling the night elf priestesses name. I can't even pronounce it.

5. I, for one, feel your chapters should be a little longer and more indepth. Just a bit more description, so that the story has a touch more heart (for lack of a better term).

6. This question is for Nar Tak. You chose an undead warlock just because my character loathes both warlocks and undead, didn't you?

All in all, this has proved to be a most interesting tale, and I'm looking forward to more.

The reason Chapter 3 wasn't that Long was because he needs a Horde Bio, which is now given :thumbsup:

Personality: Blooddrinker is a friendly troll that will gladly give potions he creates to other members of the Hoard. He used to not have a problem with most Alliance members, preferring a you leave me alone I leave you alone attitude. That was until his wife and children were murdered by a group of adventurers that heard a rumor of a great treasure located in his village. Since that day he has thought of nothing more than killing as many members of the Alliance races as possible. He has lived up to his given name and strives through stealth to strike deep into the Alliances underbelly and kill everything in his way.

Race: Forsaken Undead
Class: Rogue
Rank: Sergeant

Weapons of Choice: Daggers (dual wield). Constantly replacing his daggers for better ones. Currently wielding Lobotomizer and Glacial Blade. Will use throwing daggers.

Set currently used: Darkmantle

Appearance: Unscarred, almost undamaged face, though his bones showed up around his eyes. Has a neat, black hair. Claws are dagger-sharp, which he sometimes use as weapons, when disarmed.

Organizations: Undercity Engineering Department (Goblin-technology), Deathstalker, Defiler, Royal Apothecary Society (as errand runner), Ravenholdt

The undead rogue, specializing in dagger combat, and the creation and usage of explosives, is a mysterious entity. Not much is known about his past. He is quiet, polite and strangely enough, pleasant, even to other members of the Horde. He has a habit of bowing often.

Yet within all this rather agreeable exterior lies a very intriguing nature. He is analytical, calculative, and is constantly scheming. He observes, formulates strategies, and take out his enemies, one by one. He was so effective that he caught the attention of Lord Ravenholdt and was recruited into his organization.

While working with the Forsaken, his true loyalty does not lie with the Dark Lady, but with the Warchief of the Horde, Thrall. His task within Undercity was to report all out-of-ordinary incidents or activities that may harm the Horde back to the Warchief. And with his pleasant nature and his proficiency in telling lies and pretending to be loyal to the cause of the Forsaken, he was perfect for the job.

Xiphus was called Xiphus the Mincemaker due to his act of slaughtering every single mage and warlock behind enemy lines in Alterac Valley, and then 'disappearing' from sight. The scene of the killing was horrendous, every single spellcaster left in pieces. Hence the nickname given to him from every Alliance members and Horde members: Xiphus the Mincemaker.
