short of disabling a lot at a time and trying to figure out the really slow way which might be causing lag for me, is there a mod or something around, which can be used to measure cpu/resource usage by individual mods ingame while playing? (besides warmup, which only measures loading time/mem usage).

I have a lot of addins installed and lately something seems to be hogging the cpu a lot for me, especially when on raids or when game is busy.
at worst, I'm getting semi-periodic lag spikes every 4-5 seconds, which last 0.5-1 sec. at best, I'm seeing a drastic drop in my framerate, and I really would like to find out which addin is the badboy of the lot ;)
disabling all addins = fast non-laggy game, so obviously some addin is to blame here.

Try them one by one :) Or just leave the really essential ones in place, then check the performance. And after that try adding the other addons untill you get the lag spikes again.

As of your original question - i am unaware of any such addons :undecided:
Maybe you have just loaded too much on your system? You might want to check out "http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-interface-en&t=39688&p=1&tmp=1#post39688"
They have listed some of the resourse hoggers there, though I think it's more memory based there.
Btw, you tried defragging lately? Might help a bit.
