unknown Mod

Hi all Can someone possibly tell me what this mod is and how to remove it :S

Are you using some sort of an action bar mod? That's what it looks like to me, Discord or perhaps FlexBar.

...I see you already have what looks like Discord UnitFrames.

Without seeing a mod list, that is going to be hard to determine.
I see Perl Unit frames, am not sure which Bar mod you are using though - it must be something related to the bar mod, or a mod along the lines of Autobar.. But without a list, just going to be a guessing game.

Ive just installed sexyUI nothing else, But i cant find anything to move or hide that 1 bar :(

That looks like a part of discord to me..

type /autobar config to bring up the config window

You can eith ctrl or shift click to drag it (might be left or right click).

Either autobar or Discord Action Bars. /dab to bring up the configuration window.

One of the reasons I hand-picked all my mods. Can't use packaged UIs- I hate it when folks choose mods for me.

If it's Discord, try typing /dab. You should get an options screen if it's installed, then on the left hand side of that frame should be a list of bars. I'll take a wild guess that that is most likely a Bar 3 or 4, and it's most likely a floater of some kind, triggered to go off under certain circumstances.
