That annoying "clanking" sound you hear every time you mash a spell button that's already currently being cast, for the love of god I hope their is a mod that gets rid of it!

There are some mods that do this, yes. Though I can't think of any names right off the top of my head- I have seen some before though. Go search up "error messages" either on here, Curse, or one of the other big modder's sites, then read the descriptions carefully, you should find something to suit your needs.
