I am currantly on a vacation from wow. I am taking a month off to prove that i can
I am finding it very nice. I'm playing my other beutiful computer games and watching tv more. I am also spending more time with my friends. Has anyone else ever done this?
Yeah - I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 5-6 times this month.
I keep tiring of it and trying to quit, then I want to play it again - then I get bored by level 8 and quit again.
I need to quit for good. It's got some great stuff in it - but it's not the game for me. I tire of killing 20 quillboars for no real reason. It would be cool if any of my actions had some effect on the world around me - but it seems no matter what I do, nothing changes.
When it comes down to it, I feel no sense of accomplishment... I may as well do something in real life that would give me that sense, and actually be of use - like guitar, or extra work in my studies.

Not yet. It's a drug. Really.
But when I decide on it, I will undoubtedly stay away from my computer entirely and call an old friend of mine, Life.

I stopped playing 3 months ago, because I had finals coming up and such. Now I'm playing again (roughly a week now) though and trying to get rid of my alt obsession and make 1 char I'll play :p I must say the pause in playing made my alt obsession less ;)
