I would like to know if anybody knows the name or names of the mod/mods used by a PvP rogue in the video: PvPolzie2.avi, that is available on the internet.

Ok, it might be good If I give a little bit more info...

Spell and skill effects appear in the middle of the screen rather than on the portrait, like: -[Stealth], +Stun, +Combat and stuff like that.

That sounds like Scrolling Combat Text.
