Only in the EU, where debit cards and game cards are also accepted. CC's are used as way of showing you're of legal age in the US, so if you're there, no dice.

And if ur dutch, acceptgiro (automatic off ur bankaccount) is possible aswell

Uhm.. Ever hear of that block of countries across the pond from you known as The European Union? As in that place near, where your sovereign her majesty Queen Elizabeth the second is from. :grin:

And yes, you Canucks are on the same servers as the Yanks and so have to abide by the exact same rules. CC or out of luck, afaik.
