~\World of Warcraft\Data\*
In the data folder are probably some folders on the likes of "ItemTextures\*".
Look for .blp files inside those folders, and delete those.
On a side note, stuff like changing models or colors isn't allowed by Blizzard.

Altering files isnt allowed by Blizz, no. Adding fyour own files to a directory though is fair game, since you aren't altering any of their files. And it's Blizz's fault that the game reads from the Data folder before it reads from their own MPQ archives at any rate. They don't use that feature for anything, so I wonder what else it might be there for? Hrm...
Because of that, yes, you should find a series of subfolders under your World of Warcraft/Data directory in which are laid the skin files that contain the recolors. You could remove the files at the end of the directory chain, but perhaps the simplest thing to do is just remove the first subfolder you find under World of Warcraft/Data. That should clear it all up.
