Cancelation question

I'm going to be away quite a bit this summer, so I won't have much time to play.

If I cancel my account, and go on "hiatus" how long to do I have to re-activate it before the characters on it are completely gone?

Also, will my pvp rank decay while canceled?

Blizzard has not implimented a time frame on unsubscribed accounts, so your characters should still be there.

Your pvp rank however, will decay while you are gone.

Disappointing maybe, but pretty logical, no? I could hardly refrain myself from saying "Duh". :wink:

You'll also lose posting privledges on the main boards (if you happen to post there).

I cancelled my account (running out around July 3rd), and I can no longer post on the official boards (I did have a question I needed of them there)... Just be warned of that, if you post there at all.
