Login server down?

Hello,
I cannot connect to wow.com and I also cannot connect to my server. Basically, I am getting the "Unable to connect" error. Is the login server down, or is it a personal problem?

I just checked:
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-general (and logged in)
and
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/
and both seem fine.
